Holy Week

Holy Week is the most sacred week of the Roman Catholic liturgical year.  Beginning on Palm Sunday and ending on Easter, Holy Week recounts the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and is the focal point of our faith as Catholics.  During this week, there are many special liturgies celebrated.  The beauty and symbolism of these liturgies creates a greater appreciation of our Lord and our faith. Check out the video below for more detail on what we celebrate during Holy Week:



Services during Holy Week are as follows:


Palm Sunday

  • Saturday - 4:00 PM

  • Sunday - 7:30 AM, 10:00 AM, & 12:00 Noon

Holy Thursday

  • Mass of the Lord's Supper - 7:00 PM

  • Eucharistic Adoration - immediately following Mass

Good Friday

  • Stations of the Cross - 12:00 Noon

  • Meditation - 1:00 PM

  • Liturgy of the Lord's Passion - 1:30 PM

Holy Saturday

  • Blessing of Food - 2:00 PM

  • Easter Vigil - 8:00 PM

Easter Sunday

  • Mass - 7:30 AM, 10:00 AM, & 12:00 Noon
