Fr. Welch Parish Hall

Built in 1997, the Fr. Welch Parish Hall is designed to meet the many needs of an active parish family.  Available for wedding receptions and funeral luncheons, the Fr. Welch Parish Hall also specializes in showers, anniversaries, baptisms, luncheons, communions, birthdays and holiday parties.  Able to accommodate from 50 to 200 guests, the Fr. Welch Parish Hall's elegant chandeliers, marble floors, detailed oak trim and garden courtyard will offer an inviting atmosphere for your special occasion!  
Below you will find a breakdown of the packages and services offered by the Fr. Welch Parish Hall.  
All packages include:
 4 hour hall time (with the exception of afternoon receptions)
Set up and clean up
Standard white table linens
 You choose a Banquet Package, Beverage Package and one of our professional caterers.

Please refer to their websites for complete menu options and costs.  In addition, Soprano's has waived the 17% service fee listed on their menu, and A Movable Feast offers a discounted service fee of 10% for our events.


All events are subject to a non-refundable $100.00 per event insurance, payable to Michigan Catholic Conference
A deposit of $150.00 for half of the hall or $300.00 for the entire hall is required at the time of booking, payable to St.Peter Church.
All events must be catered by our professional caterers
All tables are 60" round with 6 to 8 guests per table
No decorations will be permitted to be hung on the walls or from the ceilings.
All candles must be enclosed by glass
All decorations, equipment or other items must be removed within the hour of the contracted time.
